Our modern caravan, purchased new in 2019, has been lovingly maintained and thoughtfully upgraded to create a true home away from home. It’s a warm and welcoming space for families, couples, and even your furry companions – yes, we’re pet-friendly! Our own cockerpoo, Bobby, loves exploring the stunning Devon coastline, and we’re sure your four-legged friends will too.
As a small, family-run business, we truly understand how precious holiday time is. That’s why we’ve poured our heart into making every detail of our caravan perfect for your comfort and enjoyment. From its cosy, inviting atmosphere to its thoughtful amenities, we’ve created a space where you can fully unwind and focus on making lasting memories with your loved ones. We still love spending time there ourselves, which means the caravan is not only well-maintained but also equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and stress-free stay.

Our caravan is ideally situated just a 2–3 minute walk from the entertainment complex, leisure activities, shops, food outlets, Sandy Bay Beach, and the South Beach Restaurant, offering convenient access to all the excitement and amenities.
Karo Place 126 (as marked on the map below) is also only an 11–12 minute drive from Exmouth Beach and the town centre, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

Getting to Haven Devon Cliffs Haven Devon Cliffs is located in Sandy Bay, Exmouth, Devon. Here's how to get there:
By Car: Sat nav postcode: EX8 5BT. From the M5: Exit at junction 30 (Exeter), follow the A376 towards Exmouth, then look for the signs to Sandy Bay and Devon Cliffs that will direct you to Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.
By Public Transport: The nearest train station is Exmouth. From Exmouth station, take a bus (lines 95, 99E, or 98A) to Haven Devon Cliffs or book a taxi. Please note that there isn't a taxi rank or cab office at Exmouth train station, so it's important to book your taxi in advance. Consider using the following local local taxi services:
